Chip and Stakes is an information and comparison site. It does not create gambling accounts, collect payment cards, or keep a balance in your name. Personal data we might see is limited to what a static website and an email inbox inevitably see.

What may be processed

A preference cookie that records you dismissed the cookie notice (see the cookie policy).
Standard hosting and CDN logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps. These exist to run and secure the site, not to profile a player.
The contents of messages you send to editorial@chipandstakes.com, kept only as long as needed to answer and, if relevant, to correct a page.

What we do not do

We do not sell lists of visitors. We do not run a customer database of bets. Outbound clicks to operators leave this site; those operators have their own privacy notices, which govern any account you open there.

Fonts and third parties

Pages load type from Google Fonts. That request is made by your browser to Google’s servers. Sponsored links use tracking parameters on the operator’s domain.

Your rights

If UK data-protection law applies to a message you sent us, you may ask what we hold and to have it erased where we have no need to keep it. Write to editorial@chipandstakes.com. We are not the right address for a subject-access request aimed at 888, NetBet, or any other operator.
