If a line is wrong, send the line

Chip and Stakes would rather a dry email than a wrong account number sitting on the ledger. This is not a complaints theatre and it is not a route into an operator’s support queue.

What we can correct

• Licensee name, UKGC account number, or licensed domain that does not match the public register.
• A live-casino or app claim that no longer matches the operator’s own site.
• A broken internal link or a mistyped email address on this domain.

What we will not treat as a correction

A disagreement with a one-word verdict (Strong, Solid, Niche) is an opinion, not an error, unless it rests on a false fact. A demand to remove a sponsored link because you lost money at that casino belongs with the operator and, if needed, its alternative dispute resolution provider.

Write to editorial@chipandstakes.com with the page URL, the exact wording, and — for licence issues — a link to the Commission record you used. If we agree the page is wrong, we change it and refresh the “last checked” date on that entry.
